This exceptional residential build showcases a harmonious interplay of diverse sidings and textures both inside and out. From charming shiplap to rustic stone accents and captivating wallpaper, the design captures distinct textures. The interior boasts an inviting open floor plan featuring expansive space and two grand islands that frame a stunning kitchen. An impressive 2,400 sqft attached garage hosts a pickleball court, while the property is adorned with two fireplaces, two fire pits, and a luxurious seven-person hot tub. The integration of a whole house surround sound system further enhances the experience of this exceptional residence.

Project: The Lodge at Shaw's River Ranch

This project involved the conversion of a barn into an upscale event venue. The result is a space that seamlessly integrates indoor and outdoor bars, a well-equipped kitchen, and abundant leisure areas. Notably, a majestic stone fireplace adds a touch of sophistication, becoming a centerpiece of the design. The charm of this project is heightened by its idyllic location on around 70 acres of land, complete with two expansive ponds.

Residents enjoy access to a fully-equipped gym, a versatile reception center, a picturesque rooftop deck, and secure underground parking. As a thoughtful touch, the "Paws & Play" area includes a custom dog washing station, reflecting our commitment to catering to every resident's comfort and needs.

The exterior showcases a harmonious combination of stucco, real brick, and sleek metalwork, embodying a contemporary yet inviting aesthetic. It's a dynamic space where possibilities abound – a reflection of Structures by Davis' commitment to crafting spaces that resonate with purpose and vision.
